At Party in the Paddock (PITP), we are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible experience for all festival-goers. We continuously strive to improve accessibility so that everyone can enjoy the festival safely and comfortably. Below, you'll find detailed information about the accessible features available at PITP 2025, as well as the initiatives we are working on to enhance inclusivity.

  • FESTIVAL SITE: The festival grounds are mostly flat, with a mixture of grass and gravel. Some areas may become dusty, particularly in dry weather. We recommend that attendees with mobility needs prepare accordingly, and we will have measures in place to reduce dust where possible.

ACCESSIBLE PARKING

Reserved accessible parking is available near the main festival entrance at the drop off/pickup area for patrons with mobility challenges. Parking attendants will be available to assist upon arrival.

ACCESSIBLE CAMPING

Designated accessible camping areas will be available in both the general and VIP campgrounds, located near accessible toilets and key festival areas. Festival staff will be trained to assist with any accessibility needs. If you would like to reserve one of these spaces, please fill out the form, that is linked HERE.

ACCESSIBLE RAMPS & VIEWING PLATFORMS

PITP provides an accessible viewing platform in the main arena with clear sightlines to the stage. Patrons with a disability can bring up to four guests onto this platform with them.

Additionally, the VIP deck has a ramp and offers a comfortable experience with an excellent view of the main stage, providing another great option for attendees with accessibility needs.

COMPANION CARDS

We accept Companion Cards, allowing attendees who require assistance to bring a support person at no additional cost. Companion tickets can be arranged via Oztix prior to the event.

MEDICATION REFRIDGERATION

For attendees requiring refrigerated medication, our main first aid station, located next to the food vans, provides secure and monitored refrigeration services.

CONTENT WARNINGS

The performances at PITP may include bright flashing lights, and haze used on stage. In addition, course language may be used.

SENSORY SPACE / CHILL OUT ZONE

PITP has a dedicated sensory-friendly area will be available near the first aid station, designed for those who may need a quieter, more comfortable space. It includes comfortable seating, sensory tools, and shaded areas, as well as psychology support
