FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I'm turning 18 during the event
No problem! You’ll receive a wristband based on your age at entry. On your birthday, head to the wristbanding tent with your ID, and we’ll update your wristband to an 18+ band. However, you must arrive on the first day with your guardian and follow the underage rules until your birthday.
Can my guardian come in a different car?
Aim to arrive in the same car, as you'll need to remain together. If arriving separately, your guardian must meet you at the gate.
How do I prove my step-sibling relationship?
Matching addresses or surnames on ID work. If surnames and addresses differ, bring a copy of your parents’ marriage certificate.
Do I have to stay with my guardian the whole time?
Yes, underage attendees must remain with their guardian throughout the festival.
Do we need the same ticket type?
Yes, you both need to have the same ticket type (GA or VIP). However, guardians must attend for the same duration or longer. If the underage attendee has a shorter ticket, the guardian must meet them at the gate for wristbanding and remain with them.
What if the underage person drives, is camping and is coming at a later date than the guardian?
If an underage person is coming for a shorter time or in a separate car, they must park and carry their belongings to their guardian’s campsite to stay together. Guardians must still meet them at the gate for wristbanding.
