It takes a village to build the Paddock… Staff, volunteers, media, vendors, makers, Mob and musicians all help make PITP happen.
Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.

See The Paddock from the inside. Volunteering is a great way to experience the festival, especially if you’d love to come but can’t stretch to a ticket.
Maker, creator, designer, seller or creative handyperson? We’re always on the lookout for people who want to create art, decor or design for our festivals, or run a market stall.
Most of our slots are booked well before the lineup drops, but we’re always on the lookout for new talent. Put your hand up for the future and share your passion for the arts with us!
We’re always keen to hear from established and emerging photographers and videographers who’d love to capture The Paddock memories and moments. Leave your details, and we’ll be in touch if something comes up!
Our paid roles mostly run during festival week and the event weekend. They take more responsibility and more hours than volunteering. There is a variety of roles for every level of experience. Both newcomers and industry regulars are both welcome.
Mob Vibes call-out! We’re always looking for local Mob and First Nations people aged 18+ to be part of Mob Vibes, our space curated by local Palawa and Pakana, Lutruwita/Tasmanian Aboriginal Mob.
