PARTY IN THE PADDOCK KEY INFORMATION

DATES: 8th, 9th, 10th & 11th of February 

LOCATION:  Quercus Park, Carrick

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS  – The site is wheelchair accessible. The paddock is mostly flat with a mixture of grass and gravel.

VIEWING PLATFORM – There will be an accessible viewing platform at the festival. Patrons with accessibility requirements are welcome to hang out there with a couple of your friends and family too.

PARKING– Accessible car parks (in day parking) are available close to the festival entrance

COMPANION CARDS – Companion cards are accepted. You can either hit up the guys at Oztix prior to the event to arrange a companion ticket or just show your card at the gate along with a valid ticket to receive a ticket of the same type for your companion.

FOOD AND DRINKS – You are permitted to bring your own food to the festival. In addition there will be a delicious range of food vendors at the event who will be catering to all sorts of dietary requirements. 

We have multiple bars and vendors around our site serving a full range of drinks hot and cold.

WATER – Free water refill stations will be available across the site, please bring along a reusable drink bottle as single use bottles will not be available for purchase.

TOILETS – There are permanent accessible toilets in each of the campground toilet blocks. In addition there are accessible portaloos beside each of the First Aid tents. These are slightly hidden so that they do not get abused by punters but are definitely available for use.

HELP ON THE DAY – Please feel welcome to approach the friendly info booth staff who can answer any questions or point out facilities on the day.

WARNINGS – bright and flashing lights will be utilised on stage

CHILL OUT SPACE AND BABY CHANGING FACILITIES – there will be a multi purpose chill space located next to the first aid tent in the Main Arena. Anyone is welcome to use this space if they need a moment to have a break from the crowd or are feeling overwhelmed.

This space will also include a baby changing area.

CAMPING – We would like to offer reserved accessible camping spaces for those who might require it. This would mean close to toilets and close to the arenas for those with mobility difficulties.
